What is the Forever Fairest difference?

At Forever Fairest, we take pride in our quality. Our attention to detail shows in our high quality handmade costumes, wigs, and accessories. Our Princesses are all professional musical theatre performers. They have honed their skills and practiced every wave, every laugh, every lyric, and every mannerism of each specific character. We are so much more than actors who throw on a dress and attend a party. We strive to enchant, inspire, and empower all the little ones we meet by instilling fundamentals of kindness, bravery, sharing, and believing that true beauty and royalty comes from the heart. We have all 5-Star reviews, and you can check them out on our Facebook page!

How do I book a party?

Please click here to be directed to our Booking Form. When we receive your booking form, we will check with the castle to see if our Princess is available for you that day!

Is there a deposit required?

Yes, we take a deposit, which is required to secure your booking. Your deposit is paid via Electronic Bank Transfer (E-Transfer), or by PayPal. The balance remaining is to be paid on the day at the end of the party to the Princess, in cash or by cheque to Forever Fairest.

Should I be tipping my Princess?

That is entirely up to you! Gratuity is not included in the price of the party, so if you feel that your Princess did a wonderful job at your party, then you are more than welcome to show your appreciation with a tip.

How many guests can I have at my party?

There is no limit, however our program works best with parties of 5-15 children between the ages of 3 and 7. Elements of the program may have to be cut with parties of 15 children or more, or you have the option to buy additional time onto the party. We will discuss with you in order to find the option that best suit your needs.

What time should my guests arrive, and what time should I have the Princess arrive?

We recommend that guests arrive at least a ½ hour before the Princess. Our Princesses have a busy schedule, and so she will need to begin all her magical activities as soon as she arrives!

Where should I hold my party?

Forever Fairest is happy to entertain in your own home, and we can also create the magic in whatever venue you choose! We have attended parties at indoor playgrounds, dance studios, restaurants, community centres, and many other types of venues!

What do I need to provide at the event?

We bring all the magic to you! All we really need from you is a chair for the Princess, some type of flat surface where she can place her makeup for her royal makeovers, and a bowl of water and paper towel for tattoo time.

How far in advance do I need to book?

The farther in advance, the better your chances are of getting your desired date and first choice of character! We recommend 4-6 weeks in advance for booking your Princess.

What age is a Princess party recommended for?

We find this type of party works best for children aged 2-6. However, we have done parties for one to ten-year-olds! If your little Princess or Prince believes in the magic, then this is the perfect party for them. We always strive to make our events lots of fun for royals of all ages!

May I see a picture of the Princess who will be coming to my party?

We are absolutely delighted to send you photos of our Princesses! Please do keep in mind, that the performer in the picture may not be the performer at your party; however, all girls featured in the photos are Princesses of Forever Fairest, and we promise you a gorgeous, trained Princess who will delight all your guests! Furthermore – we will take requests, but never guarantee a specific performer for a party, in the case of personal injury or emergencies. All Princesses of Forever Fairest are highly trained singers and performers, who will do a wonderful job at your event!
